Initial Phone Consultation
During the initial 15 minute phone consultation we discuss the issues that prompted you to contact me. I will then explain how hypnotherapy could help you move forward.

I offer two different packages and each are available in Hereford or online. Online sessions can be via Zoom or WhatsApp.

Cancellations
Clients are advised to give 24 hours notice if they wish to reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations will be subject to the full fee of £70.
